helpful staff amazing location clean setting convenient shop
The staff was SUPER helpful, ensuring all my needs were met PROMPTLY. The location IS amazing, with Krabi beach just across the street. There are also many shops nearby. Very convenient. The hotel provides a clean setting.
the food selection in the full board package felt a bit LIMITED, with some repetition in the lunch and dinner menus.

The swimming pool area is beautiful and quite large! My boys LOVED the water slides, and a foam party happens three times weekly. It is so much fun. The rooms were great, offering PLENTY of space.

really good hospitality luxurious accommodations
Ploy and her team offered really good hospitality. Every moment was like a dream with luxurious accommodations and perfect service. The hotel is a Krabi symbol!!!
The hotel did not recognize Expedia VIP Platinum Member perks. Even after reminding them six months ahead, I was not offered these services. I booked expecting VIP Access.

charmed by the convenient amenities!
quick process friendly staff convenient location
The check-in process was very quick! the staff members were also very friendly and helpful . I found them accommodating! the location being right across from the beach was really convenient! there were also plenty of nearby places to eat and a convenience store close by.
I found that the gym equipment was old and outdated. It really detracted from my workout experience! some of the machines were not working properly. This made it hard to have a productive session.
